Hair by Caitlin

All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file in order to book with Hair by Caitlin. We understand that plans change, if you need to cancel or reschedule please let Caitlin know as soon as possible. Any No-shows, cancellations and rescheduling done within 48 hours of your appointment, will incur a 50% fee charged to your card on file. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. The cancellation fee will be applied to anyone more than 15 minutes late and we will have to reschedule your appointment as there will no longer be enough time to complete your service. Your satisfaction is very important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to addressing any issues or concerns you may have. If you encounter problems within 2 weeks of the initial service please let Caitlin know and she will happily make any necessary adjustments.
